Olympic Torch visits Low Graythwaite Hall

Greetings from us all at Low Graythwaite Hall hopefully you haven’t developed Trench Foot over the summer -  remember the fells are a delight to walk on in all weathers!

The Hall is looking very smart after having painted the exterior of the hall in Spring – cottage next on the agenda

On that note we hosted our first wedding party, thankfully on a hot June weekend, canapés and champers in the gardens followed by the wedding breakfast in the dining room. If you’d like to host a special occasion with us please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Talking of special occasions Low Graythwaite Hall was honoured to host the Olympic Torch safely cradled in the hands of very special charity stalwart and official Olympic Torch Bearer Louise Hanen chair of the Acorn Committee who have raised £1000’s year on year for Alzheimer’s & Scleroderma .  Following on from the success of last year, we will again this year welcome five Alzheimer sufferers and their carers, for a little respite, fun and Lake District charm at Low Graythwaite Hall in September.
